Parka (spring or autumn), smock (M40 or M42 type one or type 2) , 4 pocket tunic (HBT or....) or fieldmade tunic....? Hard to give a answer if we don't really know what it is....at least I would need more information.

The zeltbahn is worth about 500-600Euro if in good-very good shape I'd say.
