RZM/SS tag ?

possible to have an opinion about this RZM tag, it's in the same matter than cap or uniform tag, was found on the back of an Allg. SS "Feldbinde"

I would not expect a "C" letter or a paper RZM tag like this one on a leather Feldbinde. Original SS leather items are usually stamped.

I never seen the SS paper style tag made with anything but paper. Did they make this style in oil cloth (or whatever this is)?

This tag should be in paper, when I am not wrong a Brocade belt wouldn't have this letter C on it. The letter C would be for higher quality cloth items. When I am not wrong a Brocade belt should have then the letter K on it.

Could some one explain me the different levels of the RZM tag codification ?
Or where could I find the information please ?

Yes it's oil cloth, as said, the same matter than the RZM tags in uniforms or headgears.
The design seams OK, but I don't like the style of the serial numbers...
