Looks like I might have found an honest collector selling parts of his collection. Heres a nice captains tab similar to the Rott tab I posted earlier. Hes asking $350 which I feel is very fair. Im buying it for inventory as you dont find these very often. Opinions Values?

If John likes it, I like it more. In my opinion, a solid piece. And very few individuals have studied SS insignia with the dedication and attention to detail that John brings to discussion.
