I am certainly no expert on these, but this one looks like a bad one to me.
Probably best wait for a more learned member to answer before making a decision, but I would pass on this item if it was offered to me based on the sig runes alone without checking the rest of the piece

IMO this one is a copy.
Most originals has twisted black/silver cord around. The SS runes are to thin and the black cloth do not look correct. It looks like it is made old in some way.
