    Ss Sleeve Eagle Collecter

HI. MY NAME IS BOB CLARK. I'VE BEEN A MEMBER OF THIS FORUM FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS . I HAVE JUST NOW DECIDED TO START POSTING. TONY BARTO & I WERE GOOD FRIENDS . WE DID A LOT OF THE CLEVELAND SHOWS TOGETHER AND A COUPLE MAX SHOWS. I'VE BEEN COLLECTING SS OFFICER'S BULLION SLEEVE EAGLES FOR TEN YEARS NOW. TONY WAS THE ONE THAT GOT ME STARTED COLLECTING THEM. HERE IS ONE I JUST PICKED UP TODAY. THIS IS THE TYPE OF EAGLE THAT I'M GOING TO FOCUS ON. THAT'S WHY I'M SELLING SOME OF MY EARLY SS STUFF LIKE THE SS CAPE EAGLE AND SS FRIST PATTERN BULLION EAGLE I HAVE ON 'E STAND'. I THOUGHT YOU GUYS MIGHT WANT TO KNOW WHO I AM BECAUSE YOU ARE GOING TO SEE ME POSTING A LOT MORE NOW.

      Hi Bob!
I love these bullion sleeve eagles, gorgeous pieces! The only problem is I have a hard time telling which ones are original these days. The one you pictured is the only type I can identify as being period. Chuck Scaglione and I had a nice conversation about these a short time back. Great piece!
      Best Wishes,
      Bob
