    Officers Bullion Sleeve Eagle

    Would like to see what memebers have to say about this Bird.

    This item is on a well known dealler site and is currently on hold. I know the bird is good, my question is would somthing like this have/hold value at $700 to $800?

    I like it myself and think it is priced accordingly, just wanted to hear some comments.

            Jeff, I got one officer eagle where one dealer offered me 2.5k for it.

                About two years ago a minty officer bullion eagle was sold at the Collectors Guild. Price was steep USD 1800 in those days. I dont think it were there more than a few days before it sold.

                I bought a very nice eagle myself a year ago for USD 1700. The price for the ruptured duck eagle is fair with the wear/oxidation taken in consideration. A little bit better condition and Im sure it would have been atleast USD 1000.

                    jeez,i had TWO original RZM eagles for sale last year,in superior condition compared to the one posted,and they sat for $800.00 each!..took forever to move too...!
