eine schoene Muetze....

This is the kind of Clemens Wagner OR cap with the very saddle shape, pronounced cap spring appearance. Others were more Tellermuetze-like in shape. I cannot account for the sharp appreciation in the price of same. I think it is a reflection of the internet, globalization, and the fact that these caps can be had, versus the authentic, black officer caps... for instance. Thanks for the images. I am glad you think it is "well worth the money"!
I myself cannot fathom paying that much money for one of these Allegemeine caps. 4500 dollars would buy me some really cool stuff for my other addictions
