                  Question on blank

Mollo seems to indicate multiple sources for a blank title, although I thought SD used them. Any way to tell what org used it from the pics?

I guess this is the 83 title that was recently offered out from the UK. Wrong or right thoughts ?

The roman "II" can also indicate HQ, 2nd Sturmbann as well as the Abschnitt II, i.e. Dresden. The blank cuff title was worn by various organizations, not soley Sipo/SD. The 2dary literature on these matter is deficient, especially Angolia. Bravo that you secured the 83d Sta. piece as this is quite rare and was not worn after about 1938, I believe.
