    SS Caps with Italian material...

    Hi All isnt it strange of all the SS caps comin out todays on dealers sitesand ALL made with italian material???
    like this on this site,they all came out at the same time....

    Agree with you Dan. So many caps made with Italian material, so many bevo cap eagle and skull, so many ss trapeze (in black or green color), so many SS fez......All these insignias are often in the same pattern. I was in a local show on sunday and saw a czech seller who was selling some identical M43 cpas made with Italian material...as fake and without any insignia. One year ago, in Ciney, I saw a copy of an officer side cap, always made in Italian material, with a beautiful stamp inside...."statni film"
    I am not saying that all the caps are fakes, and I assume that we can continue to trust in some sellers. But it is really time to stay aware with all these hats.

      Yes Pierre,
      Maybe somebody already stated this before as it s not many yrs im in this hobby,but i ve got a feeling that they re starting (or maybe started long time ago) to put statni stamps to caps to make customer believe they re good ..
      Alot of those Italian made caps have got all the same statni stamps i seen.
