Another cuff title, sorry!

I have this one for sale on the e-stand but interest has been low. I'm pretty certain it's a good one, it came from the son of the British vet who brought it home, probably from Italy. Can I have some opinions about authenticity please but also about my asking price which is about $500, too much?

Ben,I agree to what Tom has stated.
Other factors to be considrered are of course its lenght, and rzm style.
Everything sells for the right price, you will find it.
