Hello guys I need legal foundations of forming foreign ss divisions. I have some questions about their legal status in the system of the armed forces of germany. As I know ss foreign divisions have a status of armed forces of Germany and their activity was regulated by German law. Could anybody help me to find these documents? Also I need document(s) which regulated the decorating of SS legioners by German awards.
