Hallo Robert,
yes, it's a very nice Dutch breast patch of the Studenten Front introduced in 1940.
This group belonged to the Dutch Nazi NSB.

Max is reight this is a patch of "het Nationaal - Socialistisch Studentenfront"

Dutch National Socialist Student Front. Was founded November 16, 1940.

See attached a pic of the Almanak. a book given to students!
