IN mint condition, which this one looks like..I would say an easy $150.00-$200.00.

First editions always sell for more...just a fact of publishing and buying the first editions after they are out of print for close to 20 years. The second editions I see going for the 50.00 range and up too.

This is kind of a silly thing for us to be debating. As has already been mentioned, there is no problem with selling a reference book such as this on eBay, so the market will set its value.
I would expect it to sell for around $100 or better in this condition on eBay. They list for much higher on bookseller sites, but they may sit there for a while without selling.
As for first edition value, remember that this is not a "collectible" book. While books which are collected in their own right have more value if they are a first edition, the value of this book is in its content. Prospective buyers are those looking to use and apply the information it contains. Therefore, I, for one, would rather have a later edition, in which errors have been corrected and new information has been added.
The exception would be if this were one of the earliest editions, which wre numbered and signed by the author.Comment
