I have the same problems .The forum is getting so slow.Takes an eternity to open the pages ,just like in the old days before DSL.

The site has been so slow the past week or so...I hate to say it but i have spent more time over at GD.com than here because I can actually get into the forums. This really needs to be fixed.

Do what I do if you make a big post , after you finish the text but before you hit the 'submit reply' button go to Edit and Copy and take a copy of your reply.That way even if the page goes balnk and does not upload your message you can simply try again by pasting your reply again.
I do it all the time now as the forum is so sketchy of late.Comment
