SS Cap Skull and Eagle

The Skull has a "41" below the RZM circle. The eagle has just an RZM circle.
Please advise if they are original or not.

Alas both are fake sorry, the eagle started off with a RZM mark and on the other side the number "40", but it has been copied so many times by different individuals over time that on some of the later fakes the detail is lost on the "40" side,
