I have received info that a person is frequenting this forum, a member?? and offering items via email or PM to collectors. This person has been around the hobby for many years he is well known by older collectors and was operating out of Colorado last I heard. I know that he has a good relationship with the replica dealer in North Palm Springs California and suposedly developed a keen way to fake SS decals on a helmet and also purchases alot of fake insignias for resale as original. Beware and if you are contacted privately by anyone selling SS insignias that are not posted on the estand dont jump at it, consult the moderator or a more experienced person and let them know who the seller is.I am not revealing the name in this post because Im not sure of the rules regarding this and he has not tried to deceive me for many years.
