Bullion Runic Tab - Opinions?

I thought I had seen this one on the forum before, but I could not find it in a search. Forgive me if it has already been discussed.

I realize that the photos are weak, but they are all I have. anyone care to offer some thoughts, despite the poor image quality?

Gentlemen,

I realize that, with only the poor photos to go by, it may not be possible for anyone to give this tab a thumbs-up, but is there anything you see which throws up a red flag or is cause for concern? For instance, you cannot help but notice that the material folded over on the reverse is longer on one side than the other and the edges of that material are not parallel with the sides of the tab. Certainly this is not "textbook," but is it something which I should consider a sign of a possible fake?

I see no red flags, it looks like it is embroidered on badge cloth (felt) and i have seen quite a few with un even cloth on the back
