Here's an SD tunic on offer from Italy, tunic itself looks okay from limited images but I think the insignia is most definitely post war applied and not genuine, your thoughts?

According to me from whom it can itself be seen the jacket is to place, would not want to be mistaken but you say that degree not was before 1942?Comment

The rank of SS-Sturmscharfuhrer was instituited on 23 Jannuary 1938.

On Jannuary 1942 (no avril,noJune)The SD at the change The shoulders straps were introduced that conformed more to police,with the normal portions brown with black.
