            oragno,
Save your money. That one is only worth $10-20.
If you do a search on the forum, you will see what the backs of originals look like (this is the easiest way to tell). The BevoWuppertal marking on that one is also in the wrong place.
            Regards,
            Fred

              Oragno,

I am 100% with Fred on this one..... its a copy, I think this is what is referred to as the bookmark type, the story goes they were produced to coincide with the release of the Munin Verlag Div histories in the 1970's. I echo Freds advice look through Garys Fakes thread and you will see this type shown. Its a good thread and will save you money in the long run. If you want an original GvB Bill Shea has one, its 100% and Bill does lay away.

              regards

First glance at this convinced me it was a reproduction. Make it three in a row voting this down...

                    Oragno,

Good idea to save your money, I often find paying over the odds to a reputable dealer is better than taking a chance. Also gather a good set of reference books, you can never have too many(will save you $1000s). and continue using the forum.

                    cheers

                      oragno,
Ditto on Mark's advice on reference books, pick up the Bender book (German Military Cuffbands) and the 2 books by Ulric of England - they make for interesting reading and will save you $ in the long run.
                      Regards,
                      Fred
