It's sewn on a Officer M43 on the PvL's site.

Thats why it looks odd to me its a cap eagle rather than a sleeve eagle. I dont see anything glaring wrong but I havent really put alot of time into memorizing them.

I must say that is very well made (too well) but I never seen that kind of eagle before.
That's not shown on SS Cloth Insignas.
I would like to have some more infos about that eagle....
