I have a question, in wich year were mounted on the SS uniform the first Bevo eagles?

I would like to be more clear,
Could be Historical correct to put a Bevo eagle on a tunic M36 (Army pattern ) with the stamp VA1937 ?
If the tunic is remounted with the insigna of the Der Fuhrer RGT instituited in 1939?

I would think the wool backed sleeve eagle is what you would find on that model, but let some other members give further suggestions on that possibility.
