I have found this ring and am interested, has anyone seen one of these before and are they worth collecting. Anyone have an idea what one should pay?

I have never seen one like it, but my guess is that it is a pure fantasy piece. The TK looks like a poor copy of that found on an honor ring.

I see Russian 84 silver grade mark on it? Is it so?

I am not sure that it is a Cossak ring, but I can say only that some units of Russian army used such symbolism during WWI and later during civil war. So the ring could be an original piece of that historical period and Its quality looks normal for such sort of pieces. Also it could be a baltic made ring.
Is it possible to see detail photos of its markings? The maker mark looks a bit strange.
