Looks like a nice one to me. I don't collect Allgemeine but would be a nice one if you collect them. Would love to see an enlisted one in cotton.

The Ostland looks like one I used to own.

Here is a photo of the one I kept, as it is mint and double tagged and I bought it with a pile of cloth from a vet from Chicago. Also looks like the one that belonged to the late Chris Brunner and pictured on page 76 of Angolia's "Cloth Insignia of the SS".

There are a number of different weaves, of RZM type band materials. This is especially true of Allgemeine-SS cuff titles. They tend to be earlier and standardization was still in the future. I will try to take some photos of differnt weaves of Allgemeine SS bands.

Here is a shot of several distinctly different RZM type woven bands. Each has a slightly different weave pattern and border type.

There is for sure not everything shown in any reference book. In anyway how many books are out about SS cloth and show ALL the different variants about titles, tabs or arm badges. Common, realy? Do you know that there a certain things over all the past very hard to find, and then still these days hort finds are showing up and fill the market. Example a while ago with the silver embroidered numbered Allg. cufftitles.
There is still enough out in certain drawers or boxes these days around the world. Never say never in this kinda hobby.

Yes Robert, I saw that gentleman, at the SOS, who had about 600 Allgemeine cuff titles. I was too late and all the scarce ones were fone and all he had left were the numbered ones. I know whos's collection they were from, and he quit collecting about 15years ago. There were some rare Allgemeine cuff titles in that group. There were also some unusual patterns of hand embroidery, but all were original.
