LAH Bowl - Original?

Gentlemen,

I just stumbled across this and I thought I would get some opinions, as this is not my area of collecting. It looks a great deal like the plate pictured in the recent LAH items thread to me. Any thoughts on originality and value would be greatly appreciated.

I think it's okay

B&W were definitely producing such porcelain in the 30-s and 40's
