M43 SS tunic, battle demaged with blood...

I have an M43 EM SS tunic, 100 % original, founded about 25 years ago.
It has been demaged in several point, probably from several splinters.
Inside really macabres blood spots in several point.
2 splinters holes very closed on back, now closed with a cloth.
Also outside several brown red blood spots on wool, over the eagle area and on back. The tunic is in very good condition and appears used but not so much.Only outside, where the blood was present, the wool is consumed,I do not know if is the effect of the blood that is corrosive or if somebody proved to remove the blood.
I do not know well SS tunic insigna, so, I will be interested to know if this tunic has original insigna or not, since it seems too nice for me.
I controlled very carefully the back of the collar, and I must say that I do not see any trace of previous collar tabs, the same for the eagle.
The shouders looks late war, but I know that exist an infinite numbers of repro since a long time.
Unfortunately photos not explain se well the tunic, that is better in real.
I will be interested to know opinion about the insigna.
    Thanks

What minds the little marking inside the pocket?
