    RZM Markings

I have a fur cap with markings done with a ink stamped.
Does anybody know if RZM marking were ever done this way?

Hi, I would find any RZM mark in a fur cap very suspect. This type of item was not a product which the RZM would have been involved with.

    Cheers, Ade.

I'd be extremely suspect of anything with RZM stamps. The RZM had labels, firstly cloth and then paper,to show their approval of a said item.
Also weren't most of these fur items made in the camp workshops ? No RZM control there me thinks.

      Ian.

(Hi Ade ... beat me on the draw )

I agree with my British colleagues. The SSWVHA entites, Texled and the Bekleidungswerke would have likely made these items, if not some other contractor.

Thanks guys, the marking look ok, even if they are done with ink.
