    475-39 cap eagle

Some people don't like cap eagles marked 475-39, others do think they are original and were used by fakers to make some of the copies on the market.
This one seems to be the same as the one posted by Adrian Stevenson in a previous thread on cap eagles, except it's not alu made.
What is your feedback based on the following photos.
    Thanks in advance.

Great close-ups! That is a 100% original Wagner eagle. I believe it is of the same reverse die as Adrian's aluminum version, and also the same as one of my zinc ones. Congrats! One more thing, could you please post a close-up of the "SS 475/39"and one of the "RZM"?Thanks! Chris

Here are the close-up of the markings.
Thanks for confirming what I expected about the originality of this eagle. I got it from a collector of french stuff who has nothing to do with german items. He found it in a box with french items.
Any idea of how worth it is with the broken prongs?

                          Thank you very much!
As you can see, the dies were pretty worn when this one was made,
as the bottom parts of the markings are faded.
I would value the eagle at around $300.00 -- $350.00

                          Best, Chris
