    well i won this off ebay and should be getting it in a couple weeks

    I'm sorry, but that's not Allach. It's Eschenbach. Karner worked for that porcelain firm as well as Allach.

      It would be also very cheap for the Allach lamb.

      Nevertheless it is a nice piece.

          Another piece one has to be careful of i (as they made the same solid white pieces wartime) is Hutschenreuther...however..they are appropriately marked on the bottom.but they made great animal and figures during WWII..are highly collectable in and of themselves...but also not Allach.

              Very nice piece. If it were Allach price would be 800.00 and up. Price you paid looks fine.

                Eschenbach used Kärner molds post 1945, so the piece is not III. Reich, although the original sculpt was likely done pre45. I've got 1 or 2 Kärner Eschenbach pieces and the quality is very similar to that of Allach. I think the price paid is about market.
