From these pics I see a ghost of where a Heer panzer tab was above the rune tab,it also has the Heer depot stamp for M44 or Munich 1944,by this time the SS-BW system were making their own issue wraps. The collar is slightly rounded as an SS wrap should be but that added to the Heer depot stamp would put me on edge straight away.

Better pics (including the back panel) will be required for the real experts to tell you 100% though.

From your pictures, it is certainly NOT an SS cut jacket. "wraps around" (placement of buttons) much too far.
