SS camo cover clips

Has any one ever researched the camo cover clips? I see there is alot of opioions on this topic. Some say there was only a few clip mfg. Others say there was only one mfg? Like most topics on this site. I see that there is no easy answers to this. I was hoping to find some good printed informnation on this. Thanks

I've noticed on some of the (100% known original) clips, that the blacking sometimes has an almost super dark purple hue to it due to what process was used. Sometimes straight black. Very interesting............Nothing cooler than original Waffen SS camo!!!
