SS armband RZM tag question

I have what I believe an authentic wool SS armband that has this RZM tag on back....I have never seen this code before " ia over 35"....any info?...or is it real?a band 3.JPG

Unfortunately the font side does not look too good. Mainly the white disc and the borders along black stripes both have issues.
