Ausbildungswefer Cufftitle

Gents, I picked this up with a nice grouping from a vet's family a few years back. I think this might be some admin type SS group but I really don't know. Full length @ 14 inches. No SS insignia but what appears to be an Omega at either end. Light weight but nice quality. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

As you can now see the word is "Ausbildungswesen" with an "s"!

Echoe is right. This is not a SS cuff title, but one of the Hermann-Göring-Werke, which is scarce.
