I won't buy it. Normally, there are the initials of the person who owned it on the front and not the runes. You also have to have a look on the z in the dedication which differs and the town and date ought to be in the same writing as the dedication. The most fakes here in Germany come from dealers in Berlin !
The case is period, but something that is easy to find on a fleamarket. The engraving are very well done, but yes seem fresh. Think the others have a point about the red flags in the text. BR Nicolai
