The style of the Pokal's floral decorations is similar to Jugendstil (Art Nouveau), which was pretty much outdated in Europe for 25-30years by the time there was a Leibstandarte Adolf Hitler.

For me, the quality of the SS engraving doesn't match that of the jug
It looks very much out of date, plus the eagles head is odd too
