This pair came from a great “woodwork” lead and finally panned out this morning.
Been negotiating for them since last year and during that time 2 others got involved!!
That can be stressful but I was able to keep it in the back of my mind and check on it from time to time.
Built a report with the seller but most importantly was high bidder.Comment
