I can't make out any details on the eagle or skull button, but the base cap looks promising from these initial pictures. The lack of a tag or more visible markings are not a huge concern for me.

I don't agree. The cap shows no evidence of being a fake. The TK button is good, and the eagle is a replica. The re-application of the reproduction eagle is evident in the close-ups.
