To my SS collector colleagues..... an image of my RZM "Das Reich" cufftitle with a rarely encounter Register SS-Feldpost cover dated Oct. 43. The cover has the tactical Kenn no. 781, assigned to the " Das Reich" Pz-Gren. Div.
The FPN 48264 belongs to the II Btl. /6 Kp. of the Pz-Gren Div. "Das Reich." During this period the "Das Reich" Division had fought in the Kursk offensive but suffered heavy looses west of Kiev by Nov. 1943.
