Enamel SS Stickpin - Real, Fake, or Fantasy?

Hi All,
I've received a consignment lot to market on my on-line shop and this SS stickpin was included. I mostly do tinnies and WHWs, so this is out of my area of expertise. What do the experts say about this piece? It looks like a quality piece, but some fakes are quality pieces. Thanks.
