and yet it still remains that I will purchase ANY item back I have EVER sold to ANYONE at ANYTIME. If you are unhappy send it back for a refund, just like my auction said and just like I told you when you stated you were unhappy with it at the time. Yet , you have not sent it back.

BTW Pete very intersting! I had no idea it was even a word. Should i get it back I may just keep it this time. I wonder what that would mean?
And NTZ, That thud was your IQ dropping below H.S level to floor level.

I.Q dropping? See the fact of the mater is most, if not all of us have higher I.Q’s. We all have good jobs, nice homes, nice collections. We don’t have to do what you do to make a living. I am sorry you were not educated enough to go out and support yourself with productive and gainful employment. Just remember my friend, what goes around comes around.

NTZ>> Perhaps you could elaborate more on what it is I do for a living, where I live, my collection, etc... You somehow “know” these things much as you “know” about the other subjects you comment on here. I have seen your vast knowledge displayed.
However, three things, do try to gather your thoughts and write cohesively next time. I am sure you intended an insult much like a young child on the playground that spouts some babbling nonsense. Although, you did leave out the usual “Oh yea!” Secondly, I was just talking to you, specifically, as to your sophomoric approach. Thirdly do consider the others you purport to speak for. The subjects here should remain in the vein of collecting not irrelevant bantering. I do have to point at least one finger at myself on that one. On that last note, as I am sure you can not contain yourself, do be amused by some several quipping things to say. I will leave it at this and ignore your stunning intellectual retorts, as well the wise should and will.

As posted to the other thread:
This is the same counteroffer you made when you first told me you were not happy with the piece and did not believe it was the correct piece at all. As per my written policies, I do not and will not issue refunds until the item(s) are back in my hands and inspected. It was VERY clear in the auction that the item(s) must be returned to get a refund and must be in "as sent" condition.
This applies all the more to overseas transactions since it is common to run in to a variety of scams such as the item being “ lost in the mail” or sending bogus funds and forged money orders etc., etc., yada, yada, I am sure you have seen as much or more. This of course includes asking the refund be sent and keeping the item. Not to say you will, just pointing out.
I am reminded of a gentleman here on this site, as a matter of fact, who tried an interesting one. I was almost convinced but his lack of follow-up action reassured me I was right in standing by my policies. I have a copy of my posting to him but I will leave off his name. No need for that. The issue is past.
This gentleman purchased two overseas caps, one DAK and one piped Army Art.. He kept the DAK and sent the other back for a refund. When the item was returned it had a hole where, apparently, some one had attempted to remove the eagle or some such something. The point being, the item was not in the condition it was sold/shipped in. I told him, as per my written policy, he would not receive a refund on an item damaged after it leaves my hands. I did say that I would send the cap back once he sent funds for shipping, again, as per written policy.
He attempted to convince me that he had received it in this condition. Not likely, since the package was not damaged but the cap had a finger sized hole in it. Additionally, I had my usual pre-ship photos, taken the day it was sent and of course, no hole. He persisted and I recommended, since he sent the item insured, that he file a claim and I would provide before photos to go with his after photos to back him up. I sent the photos and have not heard from him since. No Ebay claim, no PayPal claim, no small court claims, never sent shipping funds, no other communication. Just sour grapes because he was caught in what I deemed as an obvious situation that I refused to be fooled by.
Kevin L. McKeaigg.
Therefore, I will stick to my policy of having returned items in hand to do a refund. However, the offer will always stand to one and all.
If you need shipping info, ask at my Email address and I will send it out.

I am remiss in making a VERY important point or two regarding my commentaries in this and all threads.
I want to be clear that I would not want anyone to think that Mr. Wood is actually the one "pulling something" here. No mater how odd it is he would rather add to his voluminouse postings rather than return the items.
