This is one of the extremely rare "E.T. The Extraterrestrial" Totenkopf versions. Supposidly, it was authorized after Himmler saw a heart-warming and tear-jerking propaganda movie about a friendly alien who comes to earth to help beat back Bolshevikism. The patch was designed by the best artists in the Hitler Jugend Kindergarden Division. Unfortunately, production soon ceased because the SS was unable to find anyone willing to wear the rediculous thing.
