Looks like a rare Estonian skull if I’m correct but the eagle is a fake. Vince

That's the strangest skull I've see so far. It looks like a Bruce Forsyth replica but I'm far from an expert.

Looks like orginal Estonian type skull.
Those skulls were probably made in Tartu .
Of course my opinion is based on pics this way is not for sure legit.
