This picture lacks a detail to tell for sure. Plus it is not even a picture, but a scan. Yes, you can see the similar visor and when you compare insignia arrangement and peak lines, that might be it, but can you be sure if this is the same exact visor? Probably more information regarding its history, provenance and how it was found, could help the case.

          Please tell me this detail.
In my opinion the peak is different to the visor from the picture.

If you see the photo in a big size, seems to be ,my surprise is the luck for some people in to sell something ,sellers, known collectors etc, true history without problems, visor cap without problem .

            It is fantastic,

And the other fantastic news for me ,is to have a SS visor cap cheaper, If somebody buy an infantry visor and buy SS insignias, work done, and when somebody

say, this is not correct, you can say , it is perfectly correct ,like the visor cap to SS Unterscharführer Lauri Rauma.

I meant, there is not enough detail and peak lines are only similar, not identical. If you consider a little hand reshaping of the cap crown over the years, just a little detail visible on the photo and overall viewing angle you can say they are similar, but not identical. Well within a possibility, but not proven at all.

That is the question friend ,has been sold,I give congratulations to the seller,

but any problem, history is correct there is no doubt, photo it is correct from the owner ,no discussion

¿what would have happened if I would have sold this cap?

Was there any more provenance, besides that photo, or only that scan and that's all? You have to be careful with things like that. If you can match a cap with some blurry photo and then invent some story.....

If there was good documented provenance, then that cap would be a nice historical artifact. Without it, it will only stay within a realm of probability and belief. Trying to sell it will generate a lot of questions, doubts and explaining.

For the record, I don't condemn that cap and the story. I only mean that for me that photo is not a solid proof of the claimed story.

No Jack, I do not condemn either, I only say that to sell for some people it is easy,

                    Regards
