Norge ring 1940 - detailed identification please

    830S is ok for a ring, but if you were to get a ring like that in Norway at that time, it would have been made by a silversmith, and it would then have been made by a silversmith in 925s, that was my point... I would have seen more wear on the inside and edges of the ring, not just scratches on the face... Nice engraving on the inside, but not matching the wear of the rest of the ring. And again, it has nothing to do with SS, and where was it found?
