yes, this is the 3rd company of the reconnaissance battalion of the SS-Verfügungs-Division commemorative book on their 1940 Western campaign.

12311 was the Feldpost number of the unit.

Can someone confirm the Obersturmbannfuhrer is Dr. Wim Brandt?
He was the father of Waffen SS camouflage.
