Prinz Eiugen insignia thread

This photo recently sold on German ebay looks like Prinz Eugen cuff band to me.
Probably German NCO formerly with PE now with Handschar.

George Lapre says

It was taken in February 1944 as the Handschar Division was being transported from the training facility in Neuhammer to Bosnia.

At the time of me posting this long ago a fellow forum member (Martin 3) was kind enough to translate the reverse of the picture.

in front of the division commander. The commanders/staff as well
as the people of Mostar all took enthusiastically part in the
impressive event.

The "Prinz Eugen" division must have used camoflage smocks quite a lot. As in a book about the division that I have, there must be more pictures of men in camo than men without camo.
The last picture is really nice, one can really see how damaging those boots would be for a wooden floor of a house
