I own an identical ring for many years, and this is the only other example I have seen. Nice to see there are others out there.

I bought mine from Manions, that described it as a wedding ring, and nothing to do with the SS.

I had always thought of it as a wedding ring for the Party faithful.

It is a very high quality ring.

Wedding ring? Really? Couldn't those Nazis afford gold? Doubtful, in my opinion.

If that is the reason why they are doubtful for you...then all the ss honor rings are doubtful for you too ?

I agree with the guys.. A good known pattern.. You will see them also with just oak leafs, with laurel leafs, combinations of the 2,and as seen here with swastikas and sometimes runics.

This ring is really thin. Used for whatever you wanted it for. Hardliners of course used them for wedding bands..

So honor rings dictated what a wedding ring was made of, gotcha.

This one was sold on germaniainternational. Described like NSDAP wedding ring.

DESCRIPTION: This is hitherto a very rare ring that was the official wedding band of the NS Party. We obtained these rings in the same manner and same lot as the Victory Rings that can be best described in the section under Item SS 3-4. This petite, but dynamic, ring with its swastikas and oak leaves is a very beautiful specimen of the best in NS craftsmanship and it personifies the ideology of the party with its Teutonic symbolism-simple yet dynamic-and is reminiscent of the turbulent era. Some of the rings had the 800 or 835 stamp inside the shank, but as we described in item SS 3-4 we got what we got! It is possible at that point in time that some of them never got around to being stamped. However, the rings we have are genuine and crafted back then in real 800 silver(guaranteed). In the group ultimately purchased there were only a few with the stamp (they have been sold), but it is not unusual to find many different NSDAP rings without the marks that were once thought to be obligatory. So many of them turned up sans the 800 or 835 that it seems almost ordinary; something like the pictures of SS men we see wearing army insignia or wearing army swords (commonplace)! In any case, these folks were not as strict as we sometimes seem to think. This is a great ring. Und u vill luv it! These rings became very popular and were used by civilian party members, soldiers of the Wehrmacht, SA troops, and even Waffen- personnel for nuptials.

If they are of great importance, I'm surprised that they didn't use 900 silver.

A very hard ring to authenticate! The company shown above,,well, they have those at every show and would bet they have them at the next MAX.

Copies come in different degrees. Some near perfect but acorns done very poorly. Some done poorly, have a very flat swastika , poor leaf formation, acorns are a dot.

C 76,,,that looks like a interesting example. Possible to put up more photos.?
