Even if it was real, SS Officer buckles were never sewn/permanently attached to the belt so that in itself should raise concern along with the brand new stitching where the buckle is.

Wouldn't that have been a bargain if real? It never hurts to post; GWL didn't make SS buckles but it's a nice enough display piece.
