Didn't show up well, but there are some waffenampts on the grommets.

I'm no expert, but on an early flag, or any SS flag, there should not be waffen amt's.

Looks to me like a c.1975 $15 fake that has been further reworked - cut out skull and lightning bolt runes resewn into still incorrect type weave black background material, and it has lots of other problems too!
