        does anyone have any photos
no date of death will be lost
it was possible that he abandoned the signet ring and would disappear, hiding

          Hello
have I convinced you now that this is the original signet ring ?
          or not ?

            Hi,

What is the size of the ring? It has no joiner line, so does it fit to the (3?) known sizes without the line? Maybe Antonio can help with this one. To me the engraving looks correct and several other things too, but I'm no expert.

That would explain the "no line".

We usually check the line believing the seaming line is a "MUST" and forgetting that even the worst jeweller takes a couple of minutes to make a seaming line like those in TK rings.
Nothing new, considering in all these years we focused our attention in a lot of idiocies without any sense in this field, and all what we knew about TK ring was wrong. Totally wrong.
That said you know that a definitive answer about a ring must be said with a hand (magnified) inspection.
From pictures we can only elaborate an opinion, and pictures in this case are important. In this thread I only see horrible pictures, off focus or taken with a very bad digital phone camera. Anyway I see some things that I like and a matching style with rings of the same period.

                - THE ANTI PARTISAN BADGE

Sorry, speculation only because there are 3 Zellers who fit the bill. Everything else is circumstantial.
