Can anyone help identify and date this set of Russian 7x50s? Are they worth $300 usd?

Here are a few photos. They have a case, amber filters and have a reticle. Mint condition. I wasn’t able to find a set online with the same markings, hence the ask. I thought them to be too expensive. As usual, I appreciate your feedback.

I see your point - it's all a matter of taste I suppose. Some people like mint condition (which are pretty rare especially from so far back) and some like "ragged but right". I'd reckon the price is OK for a mint pair. Maybe some of the Russian enthusiasts can advise more.

I like Soviet optics and, for a while, you could get them dirt cheap. Nowadays people appreciate them more and the price rises. Especiallyfor genuine military ones.
